This is CraftedLink's tag help page. If a tap brought you somewhere unexpected — or doesn't seem to do anything — try the top edge of the phone, remove a thick case, and make sure the screen is on. Also check that NFC is turned on in your phone's Settings — some phones come with it switched off (look for “NFC” under Connections or Connected devices). Scanning the included QR code (may be in the box or affixed to the underside of the piece) or typing the address from the included printed card always works, too.
