One moment…
Sign in to mint tags, hand out upgrade codes and see what your customers have unlocked.
Maker accounts are set up by arrangement — ask for one here if you make things and want to use CraftedLink in them.
Your customers' pages are untouched — every tag you issued keeps working for the rest of its ten years. What is paused is this manager: minting, codes, upgrades and sales.
Prints ready-to-stick QR codes onto Avery 94500 label sheets (1" round, 48 per sheet). One sheet can carry labels for tags you already have — the ones still waiting for a label, or any you tick in the list above — and brand-new tags. This works best on a computer with the printer plugged in; phones love to shrink pages. Need the sheets, cardstock or blank NFC tags? The supplies list has the exact sizes.
New labels always mint Crafted (free) tags — printing a label never spends credit. Move a tag up after a customer buys.
Tap the spots that are missing — those print blank and mint nothing.
If the whole grid lands slightly off the labels, nudge the whole page here (in inches — up to a quarter inch either way). Right and down are positive. This never resizes anything — it only slides the page.
Always print at 100% / Actual Size — never “Fit to page” — and turn off double-sided printing. The last page of the PDF walks you through it.
$0 of credit · rolls over 12 months
Auto top-up uses the card on your plan and is saved with the Save button in Shop settings. On a plan, your whole plan fee arrives here as credit each time it’s billed — topping up by hand is mostly for Starter or a busy month.
Hand one to a customer after they pay you — Etsy, a card reader, cash, anything. They enter it on their own page and it unlocks straight away. Codes are prepaid: making one spends the credit right then, and voiding an unused one gives it straight back.
Copy these now — they are shown once and we cannot look them up again.
Each note is the “How to care for it” wording for one material + finish pair. When you pick that pair on a piece, the wording fills in by itself; the buttons under the care box on a piece update the note, and can put a wording on every piece with that pair. Only your shop sees these.
Pick the spelling to fix and type the one you want. If the one you want already exists, the two are combined; where that leaves two notes for one pair, the newer wording is kept. Pieces a customer has claimed and whose support window has closed keep their old spelling.
Prints on your insert cards and shows up here at the top. Any image — JPG, PNG or WEBP; square works best. It's shrunk to fit before it's saved.
Optional. A face beside your name — under “About this piece” on your customers’ pages, and next to your logo on the insert card. Any image — JPG, PNG or WEBP; square works best. It's shrunk to fit before it's saved.
Shown to your customers on their pages, so questions about the piece come to you. Leave it blank to use your sign-in email.
Your customers’ pages say “A crafted piece by your shop” — this is where that link takes them.
Shown or not, CraftedLink keeps it on file so we can always reach you about your shop.
Kept on file for CraftedLink only — never shown to customers.
Life happens, and family comes first. If a customer of yours is waiting and we can't reach you, this is who we talk to before we do anything else — the maker terms say exactly what. Kept on file for CraftedLink only.
The whole account goes with it — tags, your customers' pages, credit, history. Tell us who is taking over; we check with you, approve it, and move the sign-in to their address.
